Split Shipping and Pre-Orders at Untamed Petals

At Untamed Petals, we aim to deliver your order efficiently while staying environmentally conscious. Here’s what to know about split shipping and pre-orders:

Split Shipping

We ship from two locations, so your order may arrive in separate packages. Check the packing list included with each shipment to see which items have arrived. If something is missing, it’s likely on its way from the other location. Separate tracking numbers will be provided for each package (if applicable).

Pre-Orders

For orders containing pre-order items, we ship everything together once the pre-order item is ready. This helps us reduce shipping costs and minimize our environmental impact. However, if you would prefer to receive your other items before the pre-order is ready, we are happy to accommodate you. 

You’ll receive a single tracking number when the full order ships, and the estimated timeline for pre-orders will be shared during checkout and in your confirmation email.
