At Untamed Petals, we know that every bride is looking for that perfect, personalized touch. While we don't offer custom designs for new products, we do provide some customization options to help ensure a better fit and a more tailored experience for your clients. Here’s what you need to know about our customization services for wholesale partners.

What Customizations Do We Offer?

Custom Length Adjustments

We offer custom length adjustments of up to 6 inches on select items to ensure a perfect fit for your customers.

A $75 customization fee applies for this service.

Minor Custom Adjustments

For select products, we offer minor adjustments. These could include small tweaks to enhance the fit or style. Please reach out to our team to discuss eligibility and confirm the details.

What We Don’t Offer

We do not offer custom designs or major alterations. Our focus is on offering small adjustments to make your selected pieces fit perfectly.

How to Request a Customization

1. Contact Us: Please fill out our Custom Order Request Form with the details of your order, including the product name, the size needed, and the desired length (waist to hem).
2. Approval & Processing: Once we receive your request, we will confirm the details, provide an estimated timeline for completion, and send you an invoice.
3. Payment: After the invoice is paid, we will begin processing your customization request.

• Final Sale: All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure all customization requests and measurements are accurate when placing the order.
• Processing Time: Customizations require additional processing time. We’ll provide an estimated timeline when confirming the details of your request.
